- Customers will normally receive their parcel within 1 working day, except on weekends or public holidays.
- Customers who live in remote areas of West Malaysia or in East Malaysia will need to wait for a longer time to receive their parcels.

- Customers can track their parcel on the official website of the courier using the tracking number provided.
- Customers will receive the tracking number from us once the parcel is shipped out.
