唐珮玲
北台灣出生，求學就業三十餘年，因工作暫居南台灣後，熱愛暖陽及南島人情百味，行動派島內移民南國，迄今十餘年。
經常被友人評價為富正義感、有理想的「憤老」（已髮白、眼老花，不能叫憤青），但因我是一名觀護人，觀事思理漸漸變得比起朝陽更在意黑夜，畢竟只有在黑夜才能看見偶然出現的炫璨煙火，猶如人性光輝的短暫卻也永恆。
曾獲2015年台灣防暴聯盟「第四屆婦幼保護網絡──以被害人為中心之承諾與行動」整合實踐團隊行動力選拔（現名為菁網獎）優等獎及最佳人氣獎，並負責報告本案狼蹤。2022年獲保護服務工作最高榮譽──衛生福利部第八屆紫絲帶獎，並代表司法組演說。2022年首次出版著作《我是你的觀護人》獲文化部金鼎獎優良出版品、同年獲台北市立圖書館「好書大家讀」第82梯次優良少年兒童讀物。
