作者簡介

陳偉

  從事飲食行業逾三十年,擔任多家聯名食肆的燒臘部主管,也曾親自主理食肆及燒臘工場,對燒烤臘滷燻食品及食店經營之道認識甚深。憑藉多年經驗,先後獲邀在香港和到中國內地多個地區作技藝示範。工餘時,偉師傅在數間家政中心擔任導師,專門傳授燒烤滷燻的技藝。
