Shiro Miso is sometimes referred to as "young miso" due to its relatively short fermentation period. Lighter in flavour and texture than other misos. Sweetest of all the misos and lowest sodium/salt content than other misos.
Ideal for soups, sauces, vegetable dishes, noodles and marinades. Best to make a sweet salad dressing.
Ingredients: Organic Rice, Water, ORganic Whole Soybeans, Sea Salt, Koji Spores (Aspergillus Oryzae). Contains: Soybeans.
