Fixed Date Ticket: valid only on the selected visiting date
The Lead Traveler must be present during the ticket exchange at District 21. The name on the e-ticket must match the name stated in IC / Passport.
This ticket is an active pass that includes participation on all rides (unless for height requirements). Guest may opt to purchase a non-active pass at District 21.
Please ensure that proper attire is worn during the visit to the attraction. Please wear sports shoes and sportswear for a comfortable and safe experience.
A child must be accompanied by an adult at all times for safety purposes.
All the attractions/rides have their own height and weight requirements. Minimum Height: 90cm, Minimum Weight: 15kg, Maximum Weight: 120kg (80kg for roller glider)

Important To Note

A maximum visitor capacity of 75 pax is allowed in the park at any given time. Guests may be required to wait in the event that this capacity is reached.
Guests with a body temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be allowed to enter the park.
A child below 90cm of height is free of charge.
OKU guests are required to pay a fee of RM20.00 at the ticketing counter for admission. Please ensure that the OKU card is presented during the date of visiting.
No slippers are allowed for participation.

How To Get There：

Self-Driving: Search IOI City Mall on Waze / Google Maps, District 21 is located on the First Floor (F1), East Wing.
Grab Ride: Download the app and input IOI City Mall as your destination.

How to Use:

Receive your E-Ticket (with QR Code) in 24hours once payment has been made.
Kindly PRINT the E-Ticket (with QR code) issued from Wonderfly.
Present the PRINTED E-Ticket along with IC/passport at the ticketing counter to redeem entrance ticket(s).
Lead Traveler must be present on the date of visiting.
