Rapid Shipping
Delivery Duration and Shipping Fee will be stated on every product page. We pride ourselves to ship on the same day or next business day (Monday to Friday), provided the order is placed before 12 PM. We will arrange to ship the item once payment confirmed and shipped via our courier partners (Skynet or Poslaju, depending on the shipping area).
Ohhsome aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame during peak season or any other particular situation.
Stock Availability
In the event of non-stock availability for a specific order, Ohhsome will contact buyers for a decision whether to place it on back order, make other replacement or proceed with a full refund.

We will update shipment-tracking info every business day after 6 PM. To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the notification email when your items have been shipped out.
You can track your parcel status on the official website of respective courier partner by using the tracking number provided.
**Please take note that most courier system might not updated online instantly, we advise you to check after 24 hours receiving the tracking number.
