3. Product to Return or Exchange
4. Reason for Return or Exchange

Once we have received your request, we will contact you within 3 working days for further instructions. Please email us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number once you send out the product for claiming warranty.

Failure to email us may result in delaying of the processing of your warranty claim.

To be eligible for refund, kindly see the following:

1. You have 14 calendar days to return your purchase from the date you received them.
2. The product must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Your product must be in the original packaging.
4. We will replace your item with a new or similar valued item that is available.
5. The product is damaged upon receiving them.
6. The product does not function as described in the product’s description.
7. The product is not as per order. (Eg. Wrong size/colour/volume delivered)
