How do We Ensure the Chocolates Melt in your Mouth & not on It's Way?

All chocolates are bubble wrapped & sent together with ice packs in an insulator bag. We can't guarantee if Mr. Sun or Mr. Post-man will treat them kindly, but with such, it does reduce the process of melting.
