Payment Terms
All payments will be made using online payment system (iPay88/Direct Transfer/Cash Deposit) otherwise under certain circumstances or other arrangement of booking and payment can be made through our head office. Payment range from VISA, MasterCard, AMEX credit cards can be accepted.
PAYMENT MUST BE CLEARED before collection/delivery of goods. GOODS SOLD ARE NOT RETURNABLE NOR REFUNDABLE.
Site Preparation & Installation
Buyer shall be responsible for preparing a site suitable for installation and operation of vending machine complete with safety switches or electrical outlets. For installation, the standard cable power plug is up to 3 meters. Additional cable is chargeable RM6 per meter(s).
Make sure owner/representative available to receive packages within the whole installation duration.
Buyer shall comply with all permits and licenses required by Federal, State, or local authorities in connection with the installation of the vending machine. (If needed)
Testing
Upon completion of installation of the vending machine, ZMD shall perform prescribed tests to determine that the vending machine is operating in good conditions.
Acceptance
ZMD shall present buyer with a Final Certificate of Acceptance. Final acceptance occurs when buyer executes and returns to Company the signed Final Certificate of Acceptance. Two (2) copies of operator and service instruction manuals are to be provided to buyer by company.
Training
ZMD shall provide, at no cost or expense to buyer, training in operation of the vending machine to buyer or for employees designated by buyer. Please make sure buyer is ready with variety of beverages to replenish and coins for changer (coins 50cent, 20cents & 10cents). Our technician will training buyer to replenish machine, using remote control, do basic troubleshoot etc.
Warranty & Services
The vending machines is sold with six (6) months company warranty of any kind of equipment's from the date purchase and company agrees to repair or replace the defect parts any customary and reasonable service issues that may transpire. However replacement will not necessary a new or secondhand parts.
The warranty should not be applicable under the following circumstances:
i. The defects caused by fire, lightening, natural disaster, pollution, abnormal voltage, or the usage of voltage and incidents.
ii. The unit tempered by in any way negligence, vandalism or accidental incidents.
iii. Conversion and remodeling
iv. Damage caused by animal or insect.
Items such as plastic parts, fluorescent lamp, and lamp cover are not covered by warranty.
Traveling fee will be charged although within the warranty period. Otherwise we provide customer support on telephone.
The buyer shall notify the company and states such as defects complete with machine model and serial number in easy company promptly replace the defective parts and some charges will occurs.
Loss and Cause
Loss and cause which may arise to the property damages and personal injury caused by or resulting from (1) Improper installation of the product and electrical components (2) Unexpected or uncontrollable events such as power surge damages caused by lighting and fluctuation in or interruptions of the electrical power, shall not be borne by the company even though it occurs in or out warranty.
Repurchase plans
We offer buying second hand vending machine from buyer who no longer wants to operate vending machine. Buyer will contact Company for disposing of the vending machines to properly remove and dispose of the Vending Equipment. Turn your idle machine into cash. We are always looking to purchase used vending machine in good condition.
REFUND POLICY
FOR PURCHASE GOODS OF ACCESSORIES
- Upon shipment received, please check our seal are not tamper upon delivery. If yes, make sure shipment content is new before received.
- Should we send an incorrect item to you, you may contact us or email to us at [email protected] together with your Order Ref within 3 business days of your order received. Once verified and agreed, ZMD will ship back the correct item to you. No dispute will be entertained after 3 business days.
- Incorrect item returns must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted.
- For any replacement for defective goods (not arrived broken) or wrong model of goods entitle to return back with 10% administrative charges. Please make sure you give correct model of vending machine, year of manufacture and details of accessories to avoid misunderstanding.
FOR PURCHASE OF VENDING MACHINE
- Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable.
- No refund will be given if cancellation is made with less than 2 weeks remaining before delivery.
