How to use:

Dissolve one cup (approx. 100g) of Bath Salts into a bath of warm water and soak for 15 - 20 minutes. Afterwards, wash with soap and rinse in lukewarm water. For foot treatment dissolve 1/2 a cup of Bath Salts (approx. 50g).
