  1. Do you deliver to outside Malaysia?
    We are sorry that we are unable to deliver international order at the time being.
     
  2. What is the delivery fee?
    Delivery fee is displayed in product’s information page. It may be vary from different stores. For more info, please refer to respective store’s Shipping Policy.
     
  3. Any extra charge to deliver to east Malaysia?
    Sometimes, there’s an extra charge for the delivery to East Malaysia. Please refer to the delivery fee displayed in product’s information page. Please note that the delivery charges is varies between products and stores.
     
  4. How long it takes to deliver to my place?
    Delivery time is displayed in product’s information page.
     
  5. Are the products new or used?
    We do not sell used or second hand products in our website.
     
  6. How do I know the stock availability?
    You can refer to the availability status displayed in product’s information page.
     
  7. Can I get the stock from your office?
    All products are kept by respective Store Owner. Youbeli.com does not keep any stock in HQ.
     
  8. Can I buy something which is not listed in your website?
    Yes. You may send your request to support@youbeli.com. We will try our best to find the item but no guarantee.
     
  9. Can I pay after receive the goods?
    Sorry that all orders will ONLY be processed once payment is confirmed.
     
  10. What happen after I purchase?
    You will receive an email for the order confirmation. Thereafter, whenever there’s any order update, you will be receiving the notification via email.
     
  11. I want to Cancel or Modify my Order
    Please email or call to our customer care to make order changes or cancellation.
     
  12. What should I do if I pay via online transfer or cash deposit?
    You need to provide the bank slip either by fax to +603-3326 2264 or email to us at support@youbeli.com.
     
  13. What should I do if I pay via credit card?
    We will conduct a compulsory verification process for the first use of credit card on Youbeli.com.
    If you are unable to provide the required information during verification process, your order and transaction of payment will be cancelled accordingly.
     
  14. Is it secure to use credit card as payment method?
    Yes. We are employing iPay 88, Mobile88 Sdn Bhd as our payment gateway. All information is secured and safeguarded. Mobile88 will be shown in your credit card statement.
     
  15. Can I pay by installment?
    Yes, but it is only available for purchase RM500 and above. The supported credit cards are Public Bank, Alliance Bank and Hong Leong Bank.

    Download and fill in the Bank Authorized Form together with front copy of identity card and credit card. Send email to support@youbeli.com. The approval code will be provided within 2 working hours.
     
  16. Can I have some discount?
    The listing price is the best price offered by individual store, we will only offer discount for bulk purchase, which is 10 units or above for individual item.

    Company or government sectors may need an Official Quotation, please contact our customer care through email or phone call to request.
