Warranty Policy
We are ready to assist you if your product is faulty within the warranty period.
We provide warranties for the following products:

  • Electronic and electrical items: 1 month warranty unless otherwise specified
  • Non-electronic/electrical items: no warranty

Warranty is not covered should they fall under the following conditions:

  • Defects and damages are due to misuse, fault of negligence or usage other than the normal and customary manner
  • Serial number and/or security seal are removed or tempered with.
  • The product is modified, disassembled, tempered or attempted repair by any person.

Please note that we would be a chargeable service fee up to RM50 with the shipping cost should the product is found as "No Fault Found" for any warranty claim.


Warranty Claim Procedures
Please contact us at 012-6353850 (whatsapp only) or email us at tans.of.happiness@gmail.com if the product(s) is still under warranty. Please include the following details in the email:

  • Order No
  • Payment Slip
  • Faulty Issue
  • Return Address, Your name & contact number

Upon receiving the above request, we will contact you within 2 working days for further instructions. Please email us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number once you have sent out the product for a warranty claim.

Failure to email us may result in delaying the processing of the warranty claim. We will advise you with further instructions once we confirm the item is faulty due to non artificial damage.


Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the faulty item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
