RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At VIQ, customer's satisfaction is always one of our top priority. Every parcel is examined and checked before sending out to our value customers. However, in the event where an item(s) is found damaged/defected due to our cause, we do accept exchange and we will replace you a new item at no additional cost. 

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together.  If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange. Please refer to the terms and conditions below:

The Item is further referred to as, "Return / Exchange Item(s)". 

  • The Item sold are exchangeable within 7 days from date of receipt EXCEPT for a selection of goods such as undergarments due to hygience reason.
  • The Item must be in original condition as received.

  • Where the value of an item is taken in exchange exceeds the value of The Item returned, customer shall pay for the excess; in other cases, the NO cash will be refunded.

  • NO exchange for promotional items and discounted items after the relevant promotion period.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.

  • The exchange transit cost will have to be beared by customers unless specified.

  • In the event where The Item is out of stock, you may select another item in ViQ Apparel, the variance of the price will be paid by customer. 

  • No CASH refund.

  • ViQ Apparel will also NOT be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
