Refund & Returns Policy
We hope that you are pleased with your order. Should you wish to return any of the items you bought for any reason, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Replacements can only be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged goods
In the event of your order being damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. If external damage is evident on receipt of goods please sign ‘checked and found to be damaged’. If you fail to do this we may refuse a refund. We will then refund your order including postage costs. We may ask for photographic proof of damage.

Returns address
Products should be returned to No.65, Jalan Villaraya 1/2, Villaraya Industrial Park 1, Pekan Batu 23, Jalan Sungai Lalang, 43500 Semenyih, Selangor Darul Ehsan. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless goods are damaged, see "Damaged goods" section above).

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
