If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, we have a 7 days return policy upon receipt, and subject to the following terms and conditions:
- We only accept returns on manufacturing defect, damaged goods caused during the delivery process or incorrect item sent
- All item for return must be unworn, un-altered, unwashed, unused and have all tags (if available) attached in its original packaging. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.
Otherwise, items will NOT be eligible for refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that the return parcel is package properly and you are encourage to use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking system when sending the return item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Description and photos of the damaged item accompanied with original packing and all labels attached.
- Your contact detail
- Order number and receipt
- Reason of return
Returned merchandise must be post marked within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Returns without prior communication to us will not be accepted.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
