Warranty Policy

We are ready to assist you if your product is faulty within the warranty period.

We provide warranties for all of our products.

The customer shall not directly or indirectly alter or tamper the product, which would change the quality of product. We shall not be liable to service or replace in such cases and decision by ZenCultiver shall be final and binding.

We shall be under no obligation to provide service/repair/replacement because of improper use, modification or substitution.

The warranty does not cover the damage or loss caused by accident, lighting, water, fire or other acts of God, improper ventilation, dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond ZenCultiver’s control. In case services are required as a result of the causes stated above, such services shall be at extra charges to be borne by customer.

The warranty is non-transferable to another product.

The warranty shall not be applicable in case the site (premises where the product is kept) conditions do not confirm to the recommended environment.

Please note that we would be charging a chargeable service fee up to RM1000 with the shipping cost should the product is found as "No Fault Found" for any warranty claim. However, we will seek your confirmation before we begin to render the chargeable service.

Warranty Claim Procedures
Please contact us at +6016 211 2093 or email us at Pudhisanctuary@gmail.com if the product(s) is still under warranty. Please include the following details in the email:

· Order No

· Payment Slip

· Faulty Issue

· Return Address, Your name & contact number

Upon receiving the above request, we will contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. Please email us the parcel tracking number, courier company & order number once you have sent out the product for a warranty claim.

Failure to email us may result in delaying the processing of the warranty claim. We will advise you with further instructions once we confirm the item is faulty due to non-artificial damage.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the faulty item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. Please send the faulty item(s) to the following this address:
