You may cancel the order before the seller sends item. In case the seller has sent the item, you may contact seller and request return & refund.
In general, the amount will be refunded by the same payment that was used to make payment.
The return cost and/or indemnity may be changed to you after you return the item.
The refund may not be accepted in the following cases:
1. The item has been damaged by customer's fault (exept for only pakage opened)
2. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer's usage/comsumption.
3. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive sales.
4. The item has been customized for specific buyer.
