Return & Warranty Policy

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping on Daphmar Store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here ready to help.

To be eligible for refund, please see following:

·         You have 7 (seven) calendar days to return a product from the date you received it.

·         The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

·         Your product must be in the original packaging.

·         The product is damaged upon reception.

·         The product does not function as described as per written in the product’s description.

·         The product is not as per the order. (Eg. Wrong size/colour/volume delivered)

Refund Procedures

Please email to daphmarstore@gmail.com if you would like to request for a full refund. You have to include the following details in the email:

·         Order No

·         Payment Slip

·         Product to Return or Exchange

·         Reason for Return or Exchange

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. However, we will bear for the shipping costs if we send a wrong/defeat product to you.

 

Warranty Policy

We are ready to assist you if your product is faulty within the warranty period.

We provide warranty for below products:

·         Blood Glucose Meter (5 years from date of purchase)

·         Blood Pressure Meter (2 years from date of purchase)

If the monitoring system does not function properly due to defective components or poor workmanship, we will repair or replace it for free.

The warranty does not cover damages to the monitoring system due to improper handling.

Please note that we would charge you a service fee up to RM25 with the shipping costs if the product is deemed No Fault Found for any warranty claim.

Warranty Claim Procedures

Please e-mail us at daphmarstore@gmail.com if your product is still under warranty. You have to include the following details in the email:

·         Order No

·         Payment Slip

·         Faulty Issue

·         Return Address, Your name & contact number

Once we receive your request, we shall contact you within 2 (two) business days for further instructions.

Failure to email us will be resulted in delayed in processing your warranty claim. We will advise you with further instruction once we confirm the item is faulty due to non-artificial damage.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
