Ecommerce Marketing Executive

 

Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • To consult and assists merchants to generate revenue target
  • Develop strategic marketing plans and activities with merchants
  • Planning attractive online campaigns and events
  • Planning attractive campaigns and events in media social (Facebook, Wechat, Intagram...)
  • Set target revenues and each process KPI with merchants
  • Provide solutions to achieve the target.
  • Provide e-commerce knowledge and information to merchants
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Motivate and empower the merchants to achieve their goal.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
  • Engage actively in pre-sales activities

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduate or those with 1-2 years in Business E-commerce, Marketing, PR or relevant field is encourage to apply.
  • Familiarity with Malaysia Internet communities such as popular forums, blogs, online marketplace and e-commerce websites.
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to speak / writing in Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Skills in e-Commerce & e-Marketing are essential.

Customer Support Executive

 

Job Duties:

  • Assist on new webstore setup, ensure the progress complete on time
  • Handle and support merchants’ enquiries via phone call, email and live chat.
  • Provide system training to merchant
  • Provide guideline and idea on how to increase online sales to merchant.
  • Provide guideline and idea on how to create social media to merchants
  • Coordinate with E-commerce consultant on  marketing plans and activities with merchants
  • Coordinate with data entry to ensure merchant’s product uploading to website on time
  • Prepare Weekly E-mail blasting to customers
  • Prepare Weekly Merchant Sales Report
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:

Serves customers by providing product, order  and service information; resolving product, order  and service problems.
 

Job Duties:

  • Handle and support customers’ enquiries via phone call, email and live chat instantly.
  • Provide guideline /  information / solutions  about order, products and services.
  • Resolves order, product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Handle online and offline  orders which is incomplete status, ensure orders completed on time
  • Provide guideline/ educate on how to update / complete order to seller/merchant.
  • Prepares weekly sales reports
