WuZhou Herbal Jelly
Ingredients:
- Honey Suckle / Flos Lonicerae
- Tu Fu Ling / Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome
- Mian Yin Chen / Artemisia capillaries
Function: Reduce Internal heat
Recipe:
- Pour herbal jelly powder into a big bowl
- add 240 mL of boiled water
- add 2 tea spoon of granulated sugar
- Stir mixture until it is smooth
- Pour the well-stirred jelly paste into boiled water (960 mL)
- Boil with low heat, keep stiring in one direction
- Switch off heat once it is boiled
- Pour into small bowls, leave aside
- Serve when it is cooled
- Add honey for sweetness
- Put in refrigerator to chill if you want it cold
